Job Title: Business Analyst – AI/GenAI & Solutioning Location: Experience: 5 years We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Analyst with experience in AI and Generative AI (GenAI) projects to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, with a strong track record in solutioning, proposal writing, and driving AI-driven innovation. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and AI specialists to deliver impactful, forward-thinking solutions that harness the power of emerging technologies. Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements, especially related to AI and GenAI use cases. Translate business needs into clear objectives, strategic frameworks, and solution methodology. Conduct feasibility studies, gap analyses, and readiness assessments for AI/GenAI implementations. Collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, architects, and developers to design AI-based solutions. Write and present business and technical proposals for internal and external stakeholders, including RFP/RFI responses when required. Support the development of proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and pilots for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Stay current with advancements in AI/GenAI and recommend innovative approaches to business problems. Promote reusability, scalability, and responsible AI principles in all proposed solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. ~4–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/ Strategy Consultant, with at least 2+ years working on AI/GenAI projects . ~ Demonstrated solutioning experience – designing and proposing AI-based or data-driven business/technical solutions. ~ Proven expertise in proposal writing, especially for AI/technology-led initiatives . ~ Experience writing use case definitions and process maps. ~ Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle , data pipelines, model training/deployment, CRM/ERP processes and MLOps practices. ~ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes. ~ Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with AI/GenAI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, etc. Exposure to cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI/GenAI solutions with real business impact Hybrid work flexibility and a supportive team culture
