We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team, providing end-to-end support to US clients (CPA firms). This role requires a strong foundation in financial due diligence, QoE reviews, valuation, and databook preparation, coupled with the ability to review outputs, manage deliverables, and coordinate with onshore teams. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading workstreams, ensuring quality of deliverables, and mentoring junior team members, while collaborating seamlessly with US counterparts in a fast-paced deals environment.

Lead workstreams on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.

• Prepare and review Quality of Earnings (QoE) analyses, working capital and net debt schedules.

• Databook preparation and financial variance analyses, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Perform valuation support, including DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transaction analyses.

Act as a primary India contact for US engagement managers and senior stakeholders.

• Manage project workflows, prioritize competing deadlines, and uphold quality standards.

Hands-on experience with databook preparation, reconciliations, and financial modelling.

• Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills (financial analysis, dashboards, presentations).

• Ability to lead small teams, manage multiple projects, and maintain quality under pressure.

• Flexibility to work in shifts overlapping with US time zones.

Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.

• 5–7 years of experience in Transaction Advisory / Deals / Financial Due Diligence / Valuations.

• Prior Big 4 experience or exposure to offshore delivery models supporting US/Global clients is strongly preferred.

Experience Required: 5–7 years in Transaction Advisory / Deals (Big 4 or equivalent preferred)

Location: Remote (WFH)/ Bangalore (WFO preferred)
