Each member of our team embraces their uniqueness, which allows us to welcome others and drive innovation through dynamic thinking, collaboration, and diversity.The Marketplace Trust team is responsible for mitigating content and abuse-related risks to Poshmark with a scope that falls under five main areas: Content Policy, Intellectual Property Operations, Prohibited Content, Scaled Abuse, and User Safety.As an Associate Manager, Scaled Abuse and IP Ops, you will be responsible for managing a team of associates and related systems to identify and respond to risks related to abusers of Poshmark’s marketplace and intellectual property concerns.**Candidates must be able to work a Monday - Friday schedule.**Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain controls systems, dashboards, and conduct ad-hoc analyses to detect fraudulent or abusive behavior and trends.
