Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in New Delhi. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing online campaigns, analyzing data and performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing. Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Certifications in digital marketing are a plus Job Summary* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for IT tech services, driving business growth and revenue. *Responsibilities* *Digital Marketing Strategy* 1. Research and analyze target audience, industry trends, and competitors. 2. Create and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing). 3. Optimize website for lead generation and conversion. *Lead Generation* 1. Develop and execute lead magnets (e.g., e Books, webinars). 2. Build and nurture email lists. 3. Utilize marketing automation tools. *Content Creation* 1. Write engaging blog posts, articles, and social media content. 2. Collaborate with subject matter experts. *Analytics and Reporting* 1. Track key performance indicators (KPIs). 2. Analyze campaign effectiveness. 3. Provide data-driven recommendations. *Collaboration* 1. Work closely with IT tech teams. 2. Align marketing strategies with sales objectives. *Requirements* *Education and Experience* 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. 3+ years of digital marketing experience. 3. Proven track record in lead generation. *Skills* 1. Digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ad Words, Mailchimp). 2. Content management systems (Word Press). 3. Marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot). 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent communication and collaboration. *Nice to Have* 1. IT or tech industry knowledge. 2.
