Required Skills & Experience: ~6+ years of experience as Java Developer ~ Strong backend expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Multithreading, Rest API, RESTful web services, SQL ~ Experience with JDK Migration, Spring Migration, ~ Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) ~ Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred) A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences, including firm-wide business units, senior leaders, associates and clients.
