About the RoleWe are hiring a Paid Ads Specialist who has previously run lead generation campaigns for Saa S or software products.This role is focused on generating demo-ready leads for an ERP software used by manufacturing companies.Product Details- Product: ERP software (Manufacturing / Pharma / Cosmetics)- Average Deal Size: ₹15+ Lakhs- Channels: Google Search Ads & Linked In AdsWhat You Will Do- Run and optimize Google Search Ads and Linked In Ads- Generate qualified demo leads (HQLs) for ERP software- Work on high-intent keywords related to software / ERP- Improve lead quality and CPL- Coordinate with sales on lead feedback- Share simple weekly performance updatesMandatory Requirements (Strict)- Prior experience running paid ads for Saa S or software products- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Linked In Ads- Ability to show previous software campaigns, including:- Type of software- Channels used- Approximate number of leads generated- Comfortable working with high-ticket products (₹15 L+ deal size)- Previous work will be discussed and verified during screening.Compensation & Incentives- Fixed + Performance-based model- 5–10% commission on every successful sale generated through paid leads- Long-term opportunity based on performanceThis Role Is Not Suitable If- Your experience is only B2 C, real estate, education, or ecommerce- You have never worked on software / Saa S lead generation- You are not comfortable with performance-based accountabilityHow to ApplyShortlisted candidates will be asked to discuss previous Saa S/software ad campaigns and lead numbers as part of the screening process.Final Note- If you have real experience running paid ads for software products and are confident in generating quality demo leads, this role offers strong earning potential through performance incentives.
