We’re now looking for a Business Development (Growth) Intern who wants to be at the heart of international expansion and strategy . Someone who’s excited to work directly with the founding team, shape go-to-market plans, and open new business opportunities across global markets. What You’ll Do Partner with founders to drive global business growth — from lead generation to strategic partnerships. Conduct market research across international geographies (US, Europe, SEA) to identify potential clients and expansion trends. Build and optimize outreach systems, BD automation, and market-entry strategies. Work cross-functionally with Marketing & Operations to align growth initiatives. Engage directly with decision-makers at fast-growing tech startups and HRTech players worldwide. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and analytical thinking skills. Passion for global business, startups, and talent ecosystems. Comfortable with data, tools, and modern business stacks (Linked In Sales Navigator, Hub Spot, Notion, Apollo, etc.) Entrepreneurial mindset — you’re resourceful, proactive, and outcome-driven. Available for a minimum of 3 months , with flexibility to extend or convert to full-time. What You’ll Gain International market exposure — real projects with clients and leads across global regions.
