Ltd. based in Ahmedabad, provides services to US based Architecture, Engineering and Construction group of companies: Russell and Dawson – An Architecture/Engineering/Planning firm ( United-BIM – BIM Modeling Services Firm ( AORBIS – Procurement as a Service Provider ( Position: Legal & Compliance Executive Location: Work from Office, Ahmedabad (S G Highway, Makarba) Timings: 3pm to 12am - Monday through Friday Experience: 0-3 years Education: Bachelor's degree in Law As a Legal & Compliance Executive , you are responsible for optimizing contracts with company’s best interests in mind. You must analyze purchase (PO) contracts, master-service-agreements, and NDA to identify risks and suggest mitigation plans with a solution-oriented mindset. Responsibilities Contractual Agreements - strong understanding of drafting and reviewing contracts, and the ability to identify and mitigate potential legal risks Contract Negotiation - ability to negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers and customers Contract Management - ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, proper documentation, and timely renewals Analytical Skills - ability to analyze complex data and information, and make/recommend sound decisions based on data analysis Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration, or relevant field Experience in contract management, legal research and writing, negotiation, or related field Similar experience in the construction industry is a plus Benefits: Exposure to US Projects/Contracts/Standards 5 Working Days - Monday through Friday Company provides Dinner/Snacks/Tea/Coffee Zero Balance Salary Account with Axis Bank Reimbursable Health Insurance 15 paid leave + 8-10 Public Holidays
