As a Legal & Compliance Executive

, you are responsible for optimizing contracts with company’s best interests in mind. You must analyze purchase (PO) contracts, master-service-agreements, and NDA to identify risks and suggest mitigation plans with a solution-oriented mindset.

ResponsibilitiesContractual Agreements

- strong understanding of drafting and reviewing contracts, and the ability to identify and mitigate potential legal risksContract Negotiation

- ability to negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers and customersContract Management

- ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, proper documentation, and timely renewalsAnalytical Skills

- ability to analyze complex data and information, and make/recommend sound decisions based on data analysis

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration, or relevant fieldExperience in contract management, legal research and writing, negotiation, or related fieldSimilar experience in the construction industry is a plus
