About the role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Risk team. You would lead a high-performance engineering team to develop the next-generation financial platform & application in payments.
What You will do
- Lead a high-performance engineering team to develop the next-generation financial platform & application in payments.
- Collaborate with the product and business team to understand the requirements, and build product execution and delivery roadmap
- Champion best design, development, and code quality practices in the engineering team
- Hire a quality team to deliver a world-class product.
- Set up and improve processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
- Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing team.
Qualifications
What you will need
- 6-9 years of B2C experience in software development & a good understanding of modern programming languages and cloud environments
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in managing, & building high-performance teams.
- Proven track record of delivering high-performance and scalable platforms in a fast-paced agile environment
- Highly adept in technical domains, intellectually sharp, adept at strategic thinking, and relentlessly proactive.
- Experience working with the mobile team
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail
