Job Title: Mule Soft Architect Experience: 5–8 years Location: Remote (Travel to Dubai required for business needs — valid passport mandatory) Budget: Open Shift: General Business Hours Travel: Client will cover travel and accommodation for onsite visits Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Mule Soft Integration Architect to lead the design and governance of the enterprise integration landscape connecting Salesforce CRM, SAP DMS, and multiple mission-critical business applications. The architect will shape integration strategy, ensure seamless data flow, and enforce architectural standards across the digital ecosystem. This role requires strong expertise in the Mule Soft Anypoint Platform , deep knowledge of API-led integration , and hands-on experience integrating Salesforce and SAP . Experience in the automotive distribution domain is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities 1. Integration Architecture & Governance Define and govern end-to-end integration architecture using Mule Soft Anypoint Platform for Salesforce, SAP, and other business systems. Implement and enforce API-led connectivity principles across System, Process, and Experience APIs. Design secure, scalable, reusable, and standards-driven integration frameworks. Maintain Integration Reference Architecture and related documentation. Lead architectural reviews and ensure compliance across all integration initiatives. 2. Solution Delivery Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate integration needs into robust Mule Soft solutions. Provide technical leadership to development teams throughout the full lifecycle — design, development, testing, and deployment. Design real-time, batch, and event-driven integration patterns across Salesforce, SAP, and enterprise systems. Optimize APIs for performance, scalability, maintainability, and reusability. Ensure alignment with UAE data protection, security, and compliance standards. 3. Platform & Ecosystem Management Manage the Mule Soft Anypoint Platform—including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Exchange. Define CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Anypoint CLI, Maven, or similar Dev Ops tools. Monitor API health, performance, and SLAs using Anypoint Monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, ELK). Establish disaster recovery processes, version control strategy, and environment management guidelines. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Salesforce, SAP, and other application teams to ensure integration consistency. Collaborate with business analysts and data architects on mapping and transformation requirements. Present architectural roadmaps and key decisions to senior leadership and business stakeholders. Coordinate with external vendors and system integrators to ensure high-quality deliverables. Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise 8–12 years of IT experience, with at least 6 years in integration architecture and Mule Soft ecosystem. Strong hands-on experience with: Mule 4 / Mule Soft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, Data Weave, Anypoint Studio) Salesforce Integration (REST, Bulk, Streaming APIs) SAP integration (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, SAP PI/PO) API security standards (OAuth 2.0, JWT, Mutual TLS) CI/CD and cloud deployments (Azure/AWS) Event-driven architectures, message queues (Kafka, Rabbit MQ), microservices Data transformation using Data Weave, JSON, XML, CSV Domain Knowledge Experience in automotive distribution or retail is highly desirable. Understanding of DMS systems and customer experience processes. Certifications (Preferred) Mule Soft Certified Integration Architect (Level 1 or 2) Salesforce Integration Architect SAP Integration certification TOGAF or similar Enterprise Architecture certification Soft Skills Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead, mentor, and guide integration teams. Strategic thinker with strong ownership and responsibility mindset. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
