Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, architecture, and development of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce modules.Oversee end-to-end Salesforce project implementation, from requirement analysis to deployment and post-go-live support.Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce Developers, Admins, and QA Engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and third-party connectors.Implement automation solutions using Flows, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Process Builder, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Define and enforce governance, security, and data management policies across Salesforce environments.Manage release cycles, sandbox refreshes, and deployment using CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Copado, or Gearset.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, IT, and business) to ensure smooth delivery of Salesforce initiatives.Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and technical documentation.Required Skills & Experience:8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in a lead or architect-level role.Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and custom development using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC (Lightning Web Components).Proven experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Communities).In-depth understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Governor Limits.Experience in API integrations, Middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), and external system connectivity.Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Apex testing frameworks.Hands-on experience with Salesforce CI/CD processes and DevOps tools.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or Application Architect certifications preferred.
