Job Title: RFP Proposal Specialist Location: Chennai/Bangalore, India (Remote) ORO Labs is a well-funded B2B startup founded by industry veterans. ORO’s smart procurement workflows help organizations increase business agility and transparency, shortening cycle times while seamlessly increasing accuracy and compliance for the enterprise We’re looking for a RFP Proposal Specialist who is passionate about managing customer opportunities, creating proposals, and collaborating with multiple teams. We're looking for someone who can manage multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, pay attention to detail, and adapt to changing RFP requirements. This position is ideal for someone who has 4 to 5 years of experience in project management with clear communication, attention to detail and organization skills. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, presales, compliance, legal, and leadership teams. Support the RFP lifecycle: assist with intake, tracking, stakeholder coordination, response collection, and submission • Maintain and update the RFP knowledge base (boilerplate answers, case studies, compliance content) • Draft and edit sections of proposals with attention to clarity, tone, and compliance • Collaborate with SMEs (product, security, legal, finance) to collect accurate and approved inputs Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, or related field • 4–5 years of experience in project management, proposal/RFP coordination, or bid management (preferably in SaaS, technology, or professional services) • Proven ability to manage multiple RFPs/proposals simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines without compromising quality • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace / MS Office (Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel, Slides/PPT); familiarity with Notion, Slack, Jira, or RFP software (e.g., Ability to work collaboratively across sales, presales, compliance, and legal teams in a fast-paced startup environment Prior experience in SaaS, procurement, or enterprise technology proposals Procurement powers the world—and we need talented people like you to help make it seamless and impactful for enterprises everywhere.
