About the Role:
Ness Digital Engineering is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role offers a hybrid-remote work environment and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in full-stack Salesforce development and a proven track record of delivering impactful Sales Cloud implementations.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , SOQL , SLDS , and Flows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build seamless Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
Lead and contribute to the customization and optimization of the Sales Cloud to meet business requirements.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce implementations to ensure high performance and reliability.
Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, tools, and platform upgrades to deliver innovative solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
Required Qualifications :
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (mandatory).
Proven expertise in full-stack Salesforce development, including Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SLDS, and SOQL.
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud implementation and optimization.
Strong integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications :
Certifications in Platform Developer II , Java Script Developer I , Administrator , or Sales Cloud Consultant.
Experience working in hybrid or remote environments.
Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
