We are looking for a highly motivated Project Intern to join our Value-Added Services team in the study abroad domain. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in strategic project management, cross-functional collaboration, and innovative service enhancement that aims to improve the study abroad experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Insights : Conduct in-depth research to identify and assess essential value-added services within the domain of study abroad.
Domain Analysis : Develop a deep understanding of the study abroad sector to navigate domain-specific challenges and opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with teams in marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment of VAS project objectives with broader business goals.
Data Collection and Analysis : Support data gathering efforts, perform analysis, and assist in creating reports to measure the effectiveness and impact of ongoing VAS initiatives.
Ideation and Innovation : Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify and suggest new VAS opportunities that cater to customer needs and elevate the user experience.
Project Documentation : Assist in the development and maintenance of essential project documentation, including timelines, task lists, and progress reports.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Utilize analytics tools to support decision-making and problem-solving processes, bringing a proactive approach to challenges.
Qualifications:
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g.,Engineering, Business, Marketing, Project Management).
Strong research and analytical skills, with a passion for understanding customer needs.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
Problem-solving attitude with a keen interest in finding creative solutions.
