Job Title : Project Manager Intern (Mumbai-based)

Location : Mumbai, India

Type : Internship (Remote with coordination across UK & India)

Job Description :

INSA UK is seeking a motivated Project Manager Intern to help manage and coordinate various projects and events. As part of the role, you will:

  • Coordinate with Indian societies at UK universities to foster partnerships and engagement.
  • Send event invites to renowned speakers and coordinate their participation.
  • Assist in fundraising efforts by reaching out to potential sponsors and partners.
  • Collaborate with INSA's National Team in planning and executing key initiatives.
  • Regularly update and manage INSA’s social media platforms .
  • Help ensure the smooth running of INSA events and activities.

Requirements :

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and coordinate across different time zones.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for networking and speaker management.
  • Familiarity with social media management and basic event planning.
  • Enthusiastic about student engagement and cultural exchange.
