Our technology services client is seeking multiple Healthcare Recruiter to join their team on a Full Time basis. Role: Healthcare Recruiter Experience: 2 to 3 Years of experience Job Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and allied health staff. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to source and place qualified candidates in various healthcare settings. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to attract and source top healthcare talent. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and aligning them with available opportunities. Client Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare facilities and clients to understand their staffing needs, culture, and requirements for each position. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with healthcare regulations and organizational policies. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, job orders, and placements using applicant tracking systems (ATS). Experience: Minimum of (3) years of experience in healthcare recruiting or related roles. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of healthcare roles and qualifications. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
