(Role and Responsibilities)- Develop creative and engaging social media Content that will contribute to user growth and increase the brand reach across all social media platforms for Pinkvilla.- Manage and meet the business targets in terms of social media reach and user engagement.- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels adapting content to suit different channels- Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite- Create engaging multimedia content across our social media platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, X, Facebook, Snapchat etc- Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organization and brand- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook insights, Meta business suite.- Encourage collaboration across teams and departmentsWho could you be? Background and Experience:- Relevant experience managing social media platforms- Proven experience in driving the growth and meeting target numbers for social media.- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.- Proficiency in all social media platforms like Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube, Facebook.- Experience of Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite
