About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee and streamline our recruitment and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of end-to-end hiring processes, and ensures a seamless experience for both candidates and new employees. You will work closely with leadership.Key Responsibilities- Post job ads and manage candidate applications across platforms.- Communicate with candidates and coordinate interviews.- Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires.- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.What we are looking for:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role.- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.Salary12 LPA - 18 LPA
