We're searching for hustlers who thrive in diverse roles and are driven to make a real impactAbout the RoleAre you driven by the idea of creating meaningful change for rural women through CSR initiatives? We’re seeking a purpose-led intern to support our CSR proposal development and strategic outreach. This role offers a front-row seat to designing and scaling programs that uplift women in underserved communities—through livelihood training, education, and access to resources. You’ll work directly with the founders to shape initiatives that blend corporate responsibility with grassroots impact.Key Responsibilities1. Design CSR Proposals Focused on Rural Women:Research and draft proposals that align corporate CSR goals with rural women-centric programs (e.g., skilling, entrepreneurship, health, education).Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect community needs and organizational values.2. Outreach to CSR Funders & Partners:Identify companies with active CSR mandates in gender equity, rural development, or livelihood generation.Present tailored proposals and maintain follow-ups to build long-term partnerships.3.
