This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Civil Structural Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing civil engineering designs, conducting structural analyses, developing detailed structural engineering plans, and managing projects. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with safety standards, technical specifications, and project timelines. Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Structural Engineering Strong skills in Structural Analysis and Civil Engineering principles Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and maintaining timelines Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Proficiency in industry-standard design and analysis software Experience in BIM workflows is a plus Lead and manage a team of structural engineers, detailers, and BIM professionals. Oversee design, detailing, and documentation for reinforced concrete, steel, and composite structures. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, MEP, BIM, civil) to deliver integrated solutions. Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and quality assurance. Facilitate communication with clients, consultants, and contractors across regions (USA, UK). Implement BIM workflows and digital collaboration platforms in line with ISO 19650 standards. ~ Drive innovation, process optimization, and adoption of best practices in structural engineering Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or equivalent. Hands-on experience with BIM workflows and model coordination. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. ~8–12 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. ~ Proven track record of managing international projects. Based in India with coordination across global offices/projects. Hybrid/remote collaboration depending on project requirements.
