Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Civil Structural Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing civil engineering designs, conducting structural analyses, developing detailed structural engineering plans, and managing projects. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with safety standards, technical specifications, and project timelines. Qualifications - Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Structural Engineering - Strong skills in Structural Analysis and Civil Engineering principles - Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and maintaining timelines - Ability to ensure compliance with safety codes and technical standards - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering - Proficiency in industry-standard design and analysis software - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Experience in BIM workflows is a plus Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of structural engineers, detailers, and BIM professionals. - Oversee design, detailing, and documentation for reinforced concrete, steel, and composite structures. - Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (ACI, BS, Eurocode, IS, etc.). - Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, MEP, BIM, civil) to deliver integrated solutions. - Review and approve structural drawings, models, and calculations. - Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. - Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and quality assurance. - Facilitate communication with clients, consultants, and contractors across regions (USA, UK). Implement BIM workflows and digital collaboration platforms in line with ISO 19650 standards. - Drive innovation, process optimization, and adoption of best practices in structural engineering Required Skills & Competencies - Strong expertise in structural design and detailing (RC, steel, precast). - Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or equivalent. - Hands-on experience with BIM workflows and model coordination. - Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. - Familiarity with region-specific documentation and compliance requirements. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Qualifications - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. - 8–12 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record of managing international projects. Location & Work Mode - Based in India with coordination across global offices/projects. - Hybrid/remote collaboration depending on project requirements.
