We offer comprehensive portfolio of low-voltage switchgear, medium-voltage switchgear, automation solutions, software, and services catering to diverse segments, including homes, agriculture, buildings, infrastructure, and industry.
L&T Switchgear is now Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation.
Position Title: General Manager -Projects
Education Qualification: B. Tech / B. E. in Electronics &Telecommunication / Electrical and Electronics / Electrical
Experience: 15 – 20 years
Role & responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and maintain stringent control measures for target achievement and shortfall analysis.
Rigorously monitor and control project status at various stages of the process to uphold quality and accuracy standards.
Ensure projects are completed within budget constraints and actively seek opportunities for margin improvement.
Identify and assess potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Strategically plan monthly sales, billing, and collection activities, ensuring strict adherence to the established plans.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, manage escalations, and foster positive and productive vendor relationships.
Generate and maintain monthly project MIS reports based on SAP data, while upholding meticulous project documentation and compliance with relevant procedures.
Schedule: Full-time
