Sales Consultant

Modality Global Advisors, one of the fastest-growing healthcare consultancies in the US, is seeking an ambitious and energetic Sales Consultant to drive our expansion in the Americas and UK markets. This role is crucial for generating sustainable financial growth through boosting sales, generating leads, and forging strong relationships with clients in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Business Development
- Identify and qualify potential new healthcare clients through market research, networking, and innovative lead-generation strategies.
- Develop and implement business development strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction in the Americas and UK healthcare markets.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential clients through various channels to gauge interest and schedule meetings.
- Assist in preparing and managing RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs for healthcare clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
- Collaborate with our healthcare advisors to understand and effectively communicate our service offerings, emphasizing our expertise in value-based care Modeling, process improvement, revenue cycle optimization, and supply chain cost reduction initiatives.
- Organize and prepare for business meetings with prospective clients, delivering compelling presentations on our healthcare consulting services.
Market Analysis and Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target markets in the healthcare industry.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on performance.
- Support the creation of marketing materials and targeted campaigns for the healthcare sector.
Sales Process Management
- Utilize CRM systems to manage lead pipelines, track prospect interactions, and maintain accurate client data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales targets and optimize client accounts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets for new client acquisition in the healthcare consulting sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare market in the Americas and UK.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Proven track record in lead generation and prospecting in the healthcare sector.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to work remotely and collaborate effectively across time zones.
