Position Overview: As a Recruitment Associate, you will assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, helping to identify, attract, and onboard talent for our clients. You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements, source candidates, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: •Assist in understanding job requirements and creating compelling job descriptions for open positions. •Source potential candidates using job boards, social media, and other online platforms (Linked In, Indeed, etc.). •Screen resumes and applications, identifying candidates that meet the job criteria. •Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit for the role and organization. •Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. •Assist with maintaining the recruitment database and ensuring accurate candidate records. •Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings. •Assist in managing job postings across various platforms and updating them as needed. •Coordinate with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Qualifications and Skills: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or pursuing final year). •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Strong organizational and time management skills. •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). •Familiarity with social media platforms, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. •A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for learning and developing in the recruitment space.
