Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR department and provide administrative support. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating Employee Records: Maintain and update internal databases with new employee information, such as contact details and employment forms.
  • Screening Resumes: Review resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for job vacancies.
  • Scheduling Interviews: Arrange interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Job Advertisements: Post and remove job ads from job boards and social media platforms.
  • Employee Queries: Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Event Planning: Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Onboarding: Help coordinate new hire orientations and prepare offer and rejection letters.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and handle confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
