The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. They will coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, design and implement recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment and training process for all new employees.QualificationsStrong skills in Hiring and Recruiting processes to identify and attract the right Engineering talentProficiency in Interviewing techniques and assessing candidate suitabilityExcellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and team membersExperience in Training new hires to ensure they are equipped for their rolesAbility to handle multiple recruitment processes and meet hiring deadlinesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldKnowledge of recruitment software and human resources management tools is a plus.
