The role is execution-driven and requires someone who can run the finance function independently — from accounting and compliance to reporting and coordination — with strong control over numbers and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Day-to-Day Finance Operations Maintain complete books of accounts independentlyOversee vouchers, journals, ledgers, reconciliations, and day-end/month-end closingEnsure accuracy in accounting entries and zero pending reconciliationsHandle payroll processing, expense booking, and vendor paymentsStatutory Compliance & Taxation (Hands-On) Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, Income Tax workingsEnsure PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory complianceCoordinate audits and prepare all audit schedules and workingsHandle assessments, notices, and follow-ups with consultantsBilling, Receivables & Payables Control Monitor customer billing, collections, and ageingControl vendor payments, advances, and ledger balancesFollow up on overdue receivablesAvoid credit leakage and
