The role is execution-driven and requires someone who can run the finance function independently — from accounting and compliance to reporting and coordination — with strong control over numbers and processes. Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Day-to-Day Finance OperationsMaintain complete books of accounts independently Oversee vouchers, journals, ledgers, reconciliations, and day-end/month-end closing Ensure accuracy in accounting entries and zero pending reconciliations Handle payroll processing, expense booking, and vendor payments Statutory Compliance & Taxation (Hands-On)Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, Income Tax workings Ensure PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance Coordinate audits and prepare all audit schedules and workings Handle assessments, notices, and follow-ups with consultants Billing, Receivables & Payables ControlMonitor customer billing, collections, and ageing Control vendor payments, advances, and ledger balances Follow up on overdue receivables Avoid credit leakage and
