About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. The role primarily focuses on recruitment activities , resume screening , interview coordination , maintaining HR data , admin support , and employer branding for our company page. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced performance marketing environment. About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and people-driven HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy implementation , while actively contributing to a positive and high-performing workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Source and screen resumes from job portals and LinkedIn. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain recruitment trackers, HR data, and documentation. Assist in onboarding and basic HR administrative tasks. Support Senior HR in daily operations and follow-ups. Post job updates and culture content for employer branding on the company page. Help manage internal communication and HR-related coordination. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Internship experience in recruitment, HR related. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Basic understanding of recruitment processes. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation. Creative mindset for employer branding activities.
