Our brand aims to bring the ocean's unique beauty and strength to the world of fashion. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an HR Intern. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting the Human Resources department in various day-to-day activities, with a primary focus on end-to-end recruitment. The role involves posting job openings on various platforms, sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other channels, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the onboarding process. The intern will gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle and HR operations, working closely with the HR team. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain Perks - Duration: 3 months (non-stipend internship) - Work Mode: Fully Remote or Hybrid (Greater Noida HQ) - Certificate: Internship Completion Certificate - Exposure to end-to-end recruitment and HR processes - Opportunity to gain practical HR experience in a creative and fast-growing fashion brand Note: Freshers passionate about Human Resources and recruitment are encouraged to apply.
