UI & UX Specialist

About the Role We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Specialist with strong expertise in designing user-centered web and mobile applications. This role is focused on improving user experience, not just visual design . The right candidate will simplify complex processes and deliver intuitive user experiences while adhering to established brand and design patterns.

Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to deeply understand end-user needs in the healthcare space.
Focus on user experience design : create workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that simplify complex tasks for users.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
Build low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and other tools for review and iteration.
Translate requirements into user flows and interactive prototypes for web and mobile-first applications.
Work within predefined design systems, brand guidelines, and color patterns , while still innovating on user experience.
Support front-end teams with detailed design specifications and assets.
Collaborate on micro-frontend UI architecture and work with frameworks like Material UI for consistency.
Create and maintain product documentation related to UI/UX decisions, workflows, and usability guidelines.
Design social media creatives and marketing collaterals aligned with brand guidelines.
Engage in client communication to understand business needs, gather feedback, and present design concepts.

2–4+ years of proven experience designing web and mobile applications with strong focus on user experience .
~ Graduation from a Design or Art school, or relevant certifications, will be considered a plus
~ Showcase at least two live web or mobile applications in the global market.
~ Strong expertise in Figma (designing, prototyping, wireframing).
~ Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and related tools .
~ Experience in mobile-first design principles .
~ Experience working on micro-frontend architecture and using CSS frameworks like Material UI .
~ Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
~ Prior client communication experience is required.
~ Experience in creating product documentation for designs and workflows.
~ Ability to design marketing creatives, brand guidelines, and social media posts .
