About the Role

We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Specialist with strong expertise in designing user-centered web and mobile applications. This role is focused on improving user experience, not just visual design. Our applications are built for a niche healthcare domain where understanding the end-user’s workflow, challenges, and needs is critical. The right candidate will simplify complex processes and deliver intuitive user experiences while adhering to established brand and design patterns.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to deeply understand end-user needs in the healthcare space.
- Focus on user experience design: create workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that simplify complex tasks for users.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
- Build low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and other tools for review and iteration.
- Translate requirements into user flows and interactive prototypes for web and mobile-first applications.
- Work within predefined design systems, brand guidelines, and color patterns, while still innovating on user experience.
- Ensure designs are practical, accessible, and optimized for global market adoption.
- Support front-end teams with detailed design specifications and assets.
- Collaborate on micro-frontend UI architecture and work with frameworks like Material UI for consistency.
- Create and maintain product documentation related to UI/UX decisions, workflows, and usability guidelines.
- Design social media creatives and marketing collaterals aligned with brand guidelines.
- Engage in client communication to understand business needs, gather feedback, and present design concepts.

Required Skills:

- 2–4+ years of proven experience designing web and mobile applications with strong focus on user experience.
- Graduation from a Design or Art school, or relevant certifications, will be considered a plus
- Portfolio is preferred: Showcase at least two live web or mobile applications in the global market.
- Familiarity with healthcare or other complex domains is a plus.
- Strong expertise in Figma (designing, prototyping, wireframing).
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and related tools.
- Experience in mobile-first design principles.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills – ability to design from the end-user’s perspective rather than personal preference.
- Experience working on micro-frontend architecture and using CSS frameworks like Material UI.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Prior client communication experience is required.
- Experience in creating product documentation for designs and workflows.
- Ability to design marketing creatives, brand guidelines, and social media posts.
