Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee event planning and execution, ensuring high participation and attendee satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to enhance the overall user experience and learning journey.
Resolve operational challenges promptly to ensure seamless project execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including colleges and educational partners.
Organize and lead Yocket seminars and workshops to promote our brand and services.
Monitor participant engagement and implement follow-ups to boost conversions.
Analyze data and prepare detailed reports to track program performance and identify improvement areas.
Requirements:
2+ years project management experience/ ~ 3+ years of sales experience
Study abroad industry knowledge will be preferred
Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, problem-solving, critical thinking, risk management and multitasking skills.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Experience with project management software tools.
Able to complete projects promptly.
