Position Business Development Associate- Agrochemicals Domestic Job Overview We seek highly skilled and proactive candidates to join us in our Agrochemicals Domestic business. The candidates will be responsible for promoting Atomgrid agrochemical products in regional territories of India. This role is pivotal to our growth and will involve collaborating with customers to negotiate on contracts, establish partnerships, and ensure timely procurement and delivery. The ideal candidate is a highly proactive individual with a strong bias for action and an unwavering execution drive. Requirements ● Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Masters preferred. ● 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the agrochemical or agricultural sector ● Strong understanding of the regional agricultural market and its dynamics. ● Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets. ● Willingness to travel within the designated region as required. Roles and Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets in the assigned region. ● Identify and engage with potential clients, including farmers, distributors, and agricultural cooperatives. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. ● Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand the competitive landscape. ● Present and demonstrate Atomgrid’s agrochemical products to prospective customers, highlighting benefits and features that meet their needs. ● Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns. ● Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to senior management. ● Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and new product developments.
