Job Title:i OS SDET – Medical Device TestingExperience:5+ YearsLocation:BangaloreJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled i OS Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with a strong background in medical device testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automated testing for i OS applications using XCTest/XCUITest with Swift or Appium with Kotlin, and a passion for delivering high-quality, reliable software in a regulated environment.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases for i OS applications in the medical device domain.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and product managers to define test strategies and ensure product quality.- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.- Ensure compliance with medical device regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive issues to resolution.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.Required Skills:- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing with a focus on i OS applications.- Proficiency in XCTest/XCUITest with Swift or Appium with Kotlin.- Strong understanding of i OS architecture, UI automation, and mobile testing best practices.- Experience in medical device testing or working in a regulated industry.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Good to Have:- Knowledge of regulatory standards such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, or IEC 62304.- Experience with test management tools like Test Rail, Zephyr, or similar.- Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., Browser Stack, Sauce Labs).- Understanding of Bluetooth, BLE, or Io T protocols used in medical devices.Education:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
