We are seeking a seasoned Senior SAP Technical Program Manager to lead the SAP (Grow/RISE) implementation in our organization.The ideal candidate will be responsible for detailed scoping with internal stakeholders, collaborating with the implementation partner, and liaising with SAP. Additionally, the role involves training internal employees, managing and updating all SAP Masters, and ensuring the overall success of the ERP implementation.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and Oversee SAP Implementations: o Direct and manage all SAP implementation projects, enhancements, and coordination efforts across the organization.• Collaboration and Requirement Gathering: o Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement SAP modules that align with business needs.• Technical Expertise and Guidance: o Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP best practices, architecture, and integration strategies.o Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP-related technologies, including SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform.• Continuous Improvement Initiatives: o Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SAP systems and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.• Stakeholder Communication and Liaison: o Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to facilitate communication, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues promptly.• Training and Development: o Develop and deliver training programs for internal employees to ensure effective use and management of SAP systems.• Master Data Management: o Manage and update all SAP Masters, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.• Industry Trends and Innovation: o Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to SAP and ecommerce, providing recommendations for innovation and efficiency gains.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.• Extensive experience in SAP implementations (8+ Years), with a proven track record of successful projects in multiple organizations.• Deep understanding of e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (D2C) business models.• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform.• SAP Certifications are highly preferred.• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Attributes:• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within SAP systems and processes.• Experience in training and developing internal teams on SAP functionalities.• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
