Job Title - QE Manager Job Location - Bengaluru

Lead overall QA strategy with 9–12 years of experience in Functional and Automation Testing, ensuring high-quality delivery in Agile projects.
# Define and implement test strategies, plans, and cases for both manual and automated testing.
# Drive automation initiatives using Selenium with Java and enhance test frameworks.
# Manage and execute API testing for integration and end-to-end validations.
# Perform SQL-based data validation and back-end testing for accuracy.
# Leverage Python scripting for test data management, masking, and automation utilities.
# Ensure the adoption of testing frameworks and maintain best practices.
# Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git) for continuous quality checks.
# Mentor QA engineers, track/report quality metrics, and communicate risks to stakeholders.

Proficiency in Selenium with Java for test automation.
Nice to have ISTQB Advance & PMP
Strong expertise in API testing (Postman, RestAssured, or similar).
Advanced SQL skills for data validation and back-end testing.
Hands-on Python scripting for automation and test data handling.
