Head of marketing

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager with a robust background in 360° marketing management and international brand building. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign planning, and analytics. A track record of successfully leveraging digital marketing tools to enhance customer engagement and achieve business objectives is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive global business growth and enhance brand visibility.
Leverage digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Hub Spot, and others to manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Utilize expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content marketing to improve customer engagement and lead generation.
Campaign Planning and Management:
Plan, manage, and execute 360° marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer marketing, and public relations efforts.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, utilizing metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Investment (ROI), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Drive marketing automation and personalization strategies to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and develop targeted marketing strategies.
Monitor market trends and adapt marketing strategies accordingly to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
Utilize web analytics and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hootsuite to track performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Brand Development and Customer Engagement:
Lead brand development efforts to build a strong, consistent, and engaging brand presence across all customer touchpoints.
Drive customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Improve key customer metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Present marketing strategies and performance reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on international markets and brand building.
Proven track record in 360° marketing management and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
Experience working in fast-paced environments with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and performance analytics.
Skills:
Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Hub Spot, and Hootsuite.
Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics, including ROI, CAC, CLV, and NPS.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Certifications:
Meta Certified (Preferred)
Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, or Marketing Automation tools are a plus.
Education:
Advanced Certificate in Digital Marketing and Communications from MICA & up Grad or equivalent.
Post Graduate Program in Business Leadership from the School of Inspired Leadership or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Blockchain & Web3/Crypto Marketing is a plus.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex marketing projects in international markets.
