Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving results. Extensive experience in student recruitment across India , with deep regional insights. Strong network among school counselors, coaching centers, and digital education platforms . Experience with CRM and admissions management systems is a plus. Strategic Thinking: Ability to design and implement long-term admissions strategies. Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams. Networking & Relationship Building: Strong connections with schools, counselors, coaching institutes, and digital outreach partners. Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to interpret admissions data and optimize performance.
