Job Title: Lead /Sr Data Scientist

Experience: 10+ years

Location: Hyderabad, On Hybrid

Working Hours: 12.00pm to 9.00pm



Must Have Skills: Gen AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, ML Ops, Cloud (Azure/ AWS


Key Responsibilitie

  • Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner
  • Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication on Data Science and execution for complex problems
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all technical aspects of our AI projects. Ensure that project goals align with the company’s objectives and meet the needs of our stakeholders
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions using Microsoft Azure’s tools and services, such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory and Azure databases or Fabric implementation. Ensure these solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure
  • Develop and implement sophisticated AI models to solve complex business problems. Use these models to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making
  • Lead a talented team of data scientists working in multiple regions. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and challenges. Leverage your expertise to provide data-driven AI solutions that address these issues
  • Leverage large volumes of data from various sources to extract meaningful insights. Present these insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders
  • Drive feedback loop for the models implemented in production using metrics to ensure our whole ML Ops pipeline is effective and continuously refreshed with the right data set and algorithms
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, GenAI space and cloud computing.


What does it take to work for Clean Harbo rs?

  • A master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is required. A bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience would suffice.
  • 10+ years working in the IT industry with 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role preferred
  • Deep understanding of statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and big data technologies. Proven experience in deploying machine learning models into production
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and its suite of data science tools is crucial. This includes but is not limited to Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Services, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning
  • Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases and Data Fabric architectures
  • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, Tensorflow or Scikit-lea
  • rn.Knowledge of deep learning and neural networks. Experience with utilizing GenAI LLMs in Python
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior data scientists
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
  • Ability to translate complex findings into a compelling narrative for non-technical stakeholders

Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate will be preferr ed.
