Client Servicing Senior Manager/ Manager

The client servicing team will represent CAB and will be responsible for everything from connecting with the client to closing the project brief and seeing it through execution and beyond. You are expected to ensure top-notch project management and deliver a seamless and enriching experience for the client. Location - Mumbai and Gurgaon Experience - Manager (5+ years), Senior Manager (10+ years) Experience in the event industry is necessary. Job Responsibilities: Understand the requirements and details of each event. Driving and supporting the attainment of revenue goals for the financial year. Understand client's needs and wants. Plan and organize events with attention to financial and time constraints. Maintain regular communication and coordination with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Identify opportunities and proactively work towards securing additional projects from existing clients. Look for and compare different vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.). Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favourable terms. Oversee full-cycle event project management. Track the overall Event expenses regularly. Prepare the Event budget planning. Stay within the budget. Offer solutions to resolve problems in a timely manner. Evaluate event’s success and submit reports. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners for project delivery. Roles Specification: Experience in Event Management in the Client Servicing function. Must have handled end-to-end project management. Great interpersonal and communication skills. Portfolio of successful events. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
