This premium property ensures a harmonious blend of luxury and convenience. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bartender at The Den, Bengaluru. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, providing excellent customer service, and managing cash transactions. You will collaborate with the team to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold service quality standards while delivering a memorable experience. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact seamlessly with guests Knowledge and expertise in Bartending and crafting beverages Experience in Food & Beverage operations with attention to detail Proficiency in Cash Handling and managing transactions efficiently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team Previous experience in a luxury or high-energy bar is a plus Certification or training in bartending is advantageous Fluency in English and additional language skills is a bonus
