US shift: 6: 30 PM IST onwards Primary Responsibilities: Design large scale enterprise WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN including switches, firewalls, and other network related hardware Design and Implement Data Center technologies like VXLAN, Cisco ACI, NSX Overlay Design and continuously improve network monitoring and observability capabilities Design and management of core services such as DHCP, DNS, IP address Management and Load Balancing Defines the architecture and hardware requirements for project proposals Design, execute, support day to day service requests Design and Manage Network Capacity and Performance Evaluates and identifies opportunities for network performance and functionality improvement within the enterprise network Participate in the development efforts to bring automation into the network environment Compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and industry best practices Successfully negotiate technical design and deployment strategy with key stakeholders and consumers of the service Serve as the platform technical subject matter expert and provide consulting support to the business and end-user organizations Produce and maintain timely, accurate engineering documentation Partners with Cybersecurity organization in conducting security and vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance with corporate security policies and adherence to best practices Integrates technical expertise with communication, leadership, and business skills in a team environment Define requirements in support of budget plans and make recommendations for ways to improve performance, reduce costs, and meet business requirements Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Exetech Required Qualifications: Graduate degree or equivalent 8 years network experience with multinational enterprises of 5000 users including network design Expertise in designing enterprise scale routing and switching environments, MPLS / VPN, SD-WAN, WLAN, Virtualization, ACI, Storage, Network Topologies, Load balancing, and Qo S and Cisco ACI Knowledge of multitenancy environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the following products / environments Experience in healthcare related industries Experience in regulated environments Knowledge of Cisco Routers and Switches Knowledge of Cisco/ Viptela SDWAN or SDWAN technologies Knowledge of Infoblox Knowledge of CISCO DNA center Knowledge of Cloud networking Knowledge of Palo Alto Firewalls Knowledge of Storage Knowledge of Virtualization Knowledge of Compute Knowledge of Citrix Net Scaler Knowledge of F5 Load Balancer (GTM and LTM) Knowledge of Cisco ACI Knowledge of Zscaler Knowledge of API Based Automation Knowledge of Splunk Knowledge of Service Now Knowledge of WAN acceleration Knowledge of Intrusion Prevention, Cloud Security (Zscaler and other security solutions), Firewall Monitoring Tools Knowledge of Virtualization/Compute/Cloud and storage Exetech At United Health Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
