We partner with our clients to understand their unique business situations and translate them into actionable insights for a robust talent strategy for their GCCs. ( About Service Now Practice: ANSR, in collaboration with Service Now, is revolutionizing service delivery in Global Capability Centres (GCCs). This strategic initiative involves co-curating a suite of new products and solutions tailored for the GCCs, leveraging Service Now's cutting-edge capabilities. The establishment of NOW Centres of Excellence (COEs) in GCCs is a key highlight, comprising Consulting and Staff Augmentation Services dedicated to accelerating the setup of these COEs. To accelerate the setup of NOW COEs in GCCs, ANSR will be providing advisory and consulting services to build a comprehensive business and roadmap for establishing a successful SN COE at the GCC ANSR is introducing staff augmentation services for GCCs in India, ensuring flexible capacity and rapid resource deployment. This initiative aims to accelerate project delivery and meet dynamic demands efficiently. Furthermore, ANSR is committed to building a workforce of high-quality, NOW-trained employees specifically for the NOW COEs in GCCs, providing skilled professionals. In addition to this, as an internal initiative, ANSR is re-platforming its service delivery to the NOW platform, consolidating the entire service portfolio on NOW. This strategic shift ensures a connected end-to-end experience for customers, optimizing efficiency and elevating the overall service quality. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Now Administrator to join our team. As a Service Now Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and maintenance of our Service Now platform to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, implement solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure the effective utilization of Service Now across the organization. Role and Responsibilities : Administer and maintain the Service Now platform, including user access, roles, permissions, and configurations. Configure and customize Service Now applications, modules, forms, and workflows to support business processes and requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and design solutions that leverage Service Now capabilities effectively. Implement and manage integrations between Service Now and other systems, such as LDAP, Active Directory, and third-party applications. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the Service Now platform. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests, and troubleshooting problems related to Service Now functionality. Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, technical specifications, and user guides, to support training and knowledge sharing. Stay current with Service Now releases, updates, and best practices, and evaluate new features for potential implementation. Perform Service Now upgrade, hotfix application and cloning activities Participate in change management processes, including reviewing and testing updates, patches, and enhancements to the Service Now platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to support Service Now-related initiatives and projects. Experience and Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Service Now Administrator or similar role. Strong understanding of CSM, HRSD, WSD, ESC, ITSM, and PPM platform set up and best practices. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Service Now applications, modules, and workflows. Experience with Service Now administration tasks, such as user management, security configurations, and system maintenance. Familiarity with scripting languages, such as Java Script, HTML, and CSS, for customizing Service Now solutions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Service Now certifications (must have)– CSA Service Now certifications (preferred)– CAD, CIS (in one or more of applications - CSM, HRSD, WSD, ESC, ITSM, and PPM) Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or certification in related fields Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the responsibilities and requirements of the position.
