About the Rol e: We seek an experienced and dynamic Product Manager with at least 8 years of hands-on expertise i n Loan Originati on an d Loan Management Syste ms.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and driving product roadmaps and implementing lending solutions at customer site s.
Key Responsibilit ies Product Strategy & Roadmap Developm ent: Define and develop the product strategy and roadmap for our Loan Origination and Loan Management Syst ems.
Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to align product features with market ne eds.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, and marketing) to prioritize product features and releases based on business impact and customer ne eds.
End-to-End Product Lifecycle Manage ment: Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation and design through development, testing, launch, and post-launch enhancem ents.
Own the product vision and ensure alignment with the company’s overall business g oals.
Customer Implementation & Su pport: Work closely with customer success and implementation teams to support the deployment of loan management solutions at client sites.
Engage with clients to gather feedback, address pain points, and ensure successful adoption of the pr oduct.
Cross-functional Collabo ration: Partner with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of new features and solutions, providing clear product requirements and acceptance cr iteria.
Collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning for the p roduct.
Work with sales teams to support pre-sales efforts and provide insights into product functiona lities.
Market Research & Competitive A nalysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies within the loan managemen t space.
Perform competitive analysis to ensure our product remains innovative and ahead of marke t needs.
Identify new opportunities for product growth and expansion in new markets or s egments.
