About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Manager - E-commerce to spearhead our marketplace operations and optimize YUVAKAA’s presence across leading platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion and others. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketplace Strategy & Operations:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies for marketplaces to achieve revenue goals.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize visibility and competitiveness.
  • Oversee inventory planning, stock allocation, and smooth order fulfillment.

2. Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, including sales, conversion rates, customer reviews, and return rates.
  • Devise strategies to improve organic visibility and product rankings.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.

3. Vendor and Account Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison with marketplace account managers.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, guidelines, and SLAs.

4. Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Ads on Amazon.
  • Optimize ad spend to achieve targeted ROI and ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales).

5. Team Collaboration:

  • Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align marketplace strategies.
  • Collaborate with the content team for accurate, compelling product descriptions and SEO optimization.

6. Customer Experience:

  • Manage customer queries, feedback, and reviews to uphold a positive brand image.
  • Implement initiatives to improve ratings and reduce product return rates.


Key Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.

Experience:

  • 5–8 years of proven success in managing e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra, Nykaa Fashion with a track record of driving growth.

Skills:

  • Expertise in marketplace algorithms, operations, and tools like Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using dashboards to derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in managing PPC campaigns and optimizing ad performance.
