Headquartered in India, MECHATRO CRANES is dedicated to powering industries worldwide with trustworthy and innovative material handling solutions.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. The responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals, managing the recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Additional tasks include employee relations management, performance monitoring, creating professional development programs, and maintaining HR records. The HR Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement initiatives.Qualifications- Human Resources expertise including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.- Proficiency in HR policies implementation, compliance with employment laws, and administrative HR tasks.- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to manage teams and build positive workplace culture.- Strategic thinking and organizational skills to align HR initiatives with business objectives.- Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.- 5-10 years Experience in manufacturing or related industries is an added advantage.- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications or degrees (e.g., MBA, PHR) are a plus.
