The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, including HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, handling labor and employment law compliance, and managing employee relations. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru.QualificationsStrong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) managementExpertise in labor and employment lawAbility to develop and implement HR policiesExcellent skills in employee relations and conflict resolutionStrong organizational and leadership abilitiesGood communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in a similar role in the IT industry is a plusRelevant certifications and qualifications in HRQualificationsHR Management, HR Operations, and HR PoliciesEmployee Relations and Human Resources (HR) skillsStrong understanding of HR principles and best practicesExperience in managing and developing teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related fieldRelevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plusRecruitment:· Conduct continuous recruitment for sales profiles and other roles as needed.· Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the selection of qualified individuals.· Meet recruitment targets set by the company.Performance Management:· Manage the company's internal performance management system on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.· Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and objectives.· Provide guidance and support to employees on performance improvement plans.Attendance Regularization:· Monitor and manage attendance records of employees.· Regularize attendance discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.Policy Adherence:· Ensure employees are following company policies and procedures.· Address any violations of policies promptly and appropriately.· Provide training and guidance to employees on company policies as needed.Administrative Support:· Assist in various administrative tasks as required, including but not limited to employee onboarding, offboarding, and file maintenance.· Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.Management of Outsourced Employees:· Act as the primary point of contact for outsourced employees.· Continuously engage with outsourced employees to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues they may have.· Coordinate with outsourcing agencies to ensure the smooth functioning of outsourced resources.· Provide necessary support and guidance to outsourced employees regarding company policies, procedures, and expectations.· Regularly assess the performance and effectiveness of outsourced employees and provide feedback to the outsourcing agencies as needed.· Collaborate with internal teams to integrate outsourced employees seamlessly into the company's operations and culture.Training and Development Oversight:· Ensure that internal training and development programs are effectively implemented and aligned with the company's goals and objectives.· Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop training plans for employees.· Organize and facilitate internal training sessions, workshops, and seminars as necessary.· Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance assessments.· Coordinate with external training providers to arrange relevant training opportunities for employees.· Monitor employees' participation in external training programs and ensure that they align with individual development plans.· Track and maintain records of employees' training and development activities.· Provide guidance and support to employees seeking professional development opportunities.· Continuously assess and update the company's training and development strategies to meet evolving business needs and industry trends.
