Our AI-driven products help pharma companies optimize their operations, enhance decision-making, and drive growth.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Business Analyst with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with development teams and clients. This role requires 3-4 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Work closely with developers throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user stories, use cases, and system specifications.
Analyze data to identify trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations to improve business processes.
Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI to effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant data.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including internal development teams, external vendors, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Contribute to the improvement of existing systems and processes through data analysis and process optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Analytics or a related field.
MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
3-4 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a strong emphasis on the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Experience with data analysis tools and Python programming is a critical requirement.
Experience with Tableau, analytical dashboards, and Power BI is a plus.
Skillsets Required
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with developers and other technical teams to deliver successful projects.
Proficient in product testing, writing test cases and analyzing the effectiveness of features developed per requirements
Proficiency in technical documentation and creating user-friendly materials.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
